We are looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about Cyber Security and Consultative Selling. Someone who is energetic, motivated, and persistent with strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to build trust. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep customer expertise and empathy, is committed to achieving brilliant experiences for our customers, and would like to play a pivotal role in cementing our reputation as an organisation that’s easy to do business with.
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling to help customers secure their environments.
- Achieve a set revenue target by selling a value-based solution to maximize ROI for the customer and maintain long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed activity and sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Manage individual accounts, sales plans, and activities to demonstrate true value and customer advocacy.
- Produce clear sales plans, documented in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring transparency and consistency in delivery for our customers.
- Contribute to the financial planning of the team through accurate sales forecasts and fulfilment.
- Open up new customer conversations and accounts.
- Effectively contribute to internal projects, developing innovative ideas that align with business goals.
- Maintain a visible senior presence in team engagement and external stakeholder management.
- Curious about new technology and constantly learning.
- Maintain product knowledge and end-to-end fulfilment process.
- Build collaborative internal relationships across customer fulfilment and resourcefully use technical and specialist resources when required.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships at appropriate levels with the assigned customer base.

- Develop a comprehensive Hardware & Software, Managed Services and Professional Services growth strategy across your identified customer base.

- Work closely with Pre-sales consultants and practice specialists to grow and develop a strong opportunity funnel for your customer base.
- Promote the Integrity360 ‘brand’ by exceeding customer expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience.
- Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed.
- Develop customized programs to meet client needs and close business.
- Develop business proposals and make product presentations for clients.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients up to and including CXO.
- Develop account strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Assist in the development of account budgets and timelines.
- Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Lead a virtual team to sell to and deliver for your customers.

Experience
- A minimum of three years’ sales experience in technology.
- Track record of major deals, particularly Managed Services.

- Expanding into new areas in existing accounts.
- Senior Stakeholder Management.
- Experience of managing key existing accounts and renewal responsibility.
- Knowledge of marketing practices (direct marketing, data sales, and press advertising).
- Knowledge of Cyber Security fundamentals.
- Experience of selling both hardware and software.
