Responsibilities:
- Supplier Quality Engineer or Quality Engineer experience, within an electronics, telecommunications or similar industry.
- Extensive experience on-boarding and managing suppliers across a global supply chain, driving continuous improvement in a volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively and proactively collaborate with suppliers and teams, across all levels of a business.
- Strong knowledge of SMT production lines and/or electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Strong Auditor experience, both internal and supplier.
- Skilled in applying PPAP core tools within a volume manufacturing environment, particularly FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and FAI.
- Ability to be flexible around international travel (10% travel expected).
- Full clean driving licence and own car.
- Quality Auditor to a recognized Quality standard, such as IRCA certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor.
