We’re looking for an Experienced Warehouse Associate/Box Truck Driver to work with our client in Nottingham, MD to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is responsible for warehouse and box truck operations as needed.

Pay: $24-$30/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Mon‑Fri 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on daily tasks and schedules with warehouse needs and deliveries
- Monitor workflow to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory handling, organization, and basic cycle counts
- Enforce warehouse safety rules and operational procedures
- Loading and unloading stone slabs from trucks
- Assist with general warehouse responsibilities
- Drive a box truck as needed (valid driving qualifications required)
- Operate a small jib crane
Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment
- Ability to work on‑site in a warehouse environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate company vehicles as needed for local operational purposes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular walking/standing
- Forklift experience or willingness to be certified
- Computer literate, including basic use of inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email
Preferred:
- Experience operating a small jib crane
- Bilingual in Spanish
