We’re looking for an Experienced Warehouse Associate/Box Truck Driver to work with our client in Nottingham, MD to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is responsible for warehouse and box truck operations as needed.

Pay: $24-$30/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Mon‑Fri 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on daily tasks and schedules with warehouse needs and deliveries
  • Monitor workflow to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time order fulfillment
  • Oversee inventory handling, organization, and basic cycle counts
  • Enforce warehouse safety rules and operational procedures
  • Loading and unloading stone slabs from trucks
  • Assist with general warehouse responsibilities
  • Drive a box truck as needed (valid driving qualifications required)
  • Operate a small jib crane

Qualifications Required:

  • 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment
  • Ability to work on‑site in a warehouse environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate company vehicles as needed for local operational purposes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular walking/standing
  • Forklift experience or willingness to be certified
  • Computer literate, including basic use of inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email

Preferred:

  • Experience operating a small jib crane
  • Bilingual in Spanish
