Role Overview
The Senior Developer is responsible for designing, building and delivering high-quality enterprise software solutions across the Integrity Software product suite. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring. Working closely with the Software Development Manager and cross-functional teams, the postholder will help deliver scalable, reliable systems aligned to the product roadmap and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions across the product suite.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in coding standards, code review and delivery quality.
- Support sprint planning, estimation and the delivery of complex features.
- Mentor other developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
- Help identify and resolve technical issues, risks and opportunities for innovation.
Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Experience of building and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, object-oriented design and agile development methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver complex features or systems.
- Experience of debugging, maintaining and improving legacy systems.
- Background in C# and .NET.
- Experience working with financial or accounting systems.
- Experience of API and integration design.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience of AI integration.
