Inherently, they have an exciting opportunity for an established IT Training Lead to manage the training function and team, whilst aligning the direction and training provision to meet the ongoing growth of the company and their systems. The role represents a true long-term career opportunity, so we are looking to recruit a proven training lead with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and development of the in-house IT training team
- Workload allocation and management
- Steer the technical training agenda and contribute to that where appropriate
- Source and introduce new training tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning platforms and virtual training environments
- Identify new training needs and deliver solutions against those.
