Business Analyst (Data) – Home working – Prestigious Client Reputable within their sector, my client continues to build upon their excellent market position and are going through an exciting period of Business Change and IT Transformation. Resultantly, we are looking to recruit an established Business Analyst, ideally with Data project experience, to form a crucial bridge between key business stakeholders, 3rd parties and technical teams. The client has a varied programme of work pipelined, so we are ideally looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience across a range of projects. The successful candidate will define and document business processes, identify and outline appropriate solutions to help in the delivery of relevant projects. Typical duties include the following: * AS-IS and TO-BE evaluation * Arrange / manage workshops * Process flows / User Stories * Document findings and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues * Work closely with the relevant business and IT teams to 'provide that bridge’ and deliver the appropriate technical solution * Create Business Cases and Benefits Analysis for key stakeholders * Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams * Manage expectations of key stakeholders * Training staff in how to use the new systems Flexible working and an excellent salary are available.
