- What we need this person to do
- Keep our website current and improving week to week (content updates, edits, tidy‑up, conversion improvements).
- Create and publish consistent social content that makes a technical service feel interesting and human.
- Use AI tools properly to speed up content, SEO, and repurposing (with good judgement, not copy‑paste).
- Help us execute basic marketing workflows (nurture, retargeting support, simple automations/integrations) so our tools actually get used.
- Day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Website (Word Press)
- Make confident website edits (not full site builds): update pages, improve layout/content, fix broken bits, add new sections.
- Write, format, and publish blogs (AI‑supported is fine) and keep categories/tags/images clean.
- Apply basic SEO hygiene: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text.
- Social media (multi‑platform)
- Create posts across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook.
- Repurpose content: one idea into multiple formats (short video, carousel, single image, text post).
- Build and maintain a simple content calendar and keep posting consistent.
- Content and brand
- Create on‑brand visuals using Canva or Adobe.
- Keep tone, look, and messaging consistent (brand awareness and good taste matter).
- AI tools, SEO, and automation support
• Confidently use AI tools for
- Content drafting and repurposing
- SEO support (keywords, structure, on‑page improvements)
- Support simple automations/integrations for marketing workflows (social, nurture, retargeting).
They don’t need to be an engineer, but they must be comfortable learning and maintaining these.
- Sales support (we can teach the specifics)
- Support outreach and nurture activity (e. g., helping with Linked In messaging and moving people through a simple pipeline).
- Sales Navigator experience is not required, but they must be confident with tools and happy supporting the process.

- Word Press editing capability (or clearly transferable website editing skills).
- Confident using social platforms and creating content regularly.
- Strong comfort with AI tools for content/SEO and a genuine interest in automation/integrations.
