- 3.5 Tonne Van Driver / Yard Operative
- Full Time | Permanent
Our client , based between Boston and Spalding is looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join their team.
This is not a Class 1 or Class 2 role. You'll be driving a 3.5 tonne van, but you will need valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card along with a flexible, hands-on approach.
The Role
- Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver and collect materials
- Collections and deliveries to platers, galvanisers and local customers
- Loading and unloading the vehicle
- Assisting with general yard duties when not out on deliveries
- Manual handling as part of the daily role
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Physically fit and happy with manual handling
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work on your own initiative
- Good customer service skills
- Valid CSCS card would be an advantage
- Telehandler or Rough Terrain Forklift tickets would be beneficial but are not essential
