We are recruiting for an Agricultural Parts & Despatch Operative to join a busy and established team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in keeping operations organised and customers supplied efficiently. Initially offered on a 12-month contract, this position has the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

The Role

  • Supporting the parts and despatch function, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
  • Picking and packing agricultural parts and customer orders.
  • Preparing orders for despatch and arranging shipments.
  • Checking stock accuracy and maintaining organised storage areas.
  • Booking deliveries and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting goods in/out processes.
  • Assisting with general warehouse and parts department duties.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within parts, warehouse, stores, logistics or despatch environments (agricultural, automotive, engineering or similar beneficial).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and organised approach to work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and stock management.
  • Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
