Our client, a growing and well-established business within a commutable distance of Stamford, is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive office team, with the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
- Taking orders over the phone and inputting on to Sage
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Using SAGE on a daily basis
- General administration duties
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sending and responding to emails
- Sending Quotes and dealing with requests from the BDM
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
The Ideal Candidate
- Have previous experience using SAGE
- Be confident communicating with both suppliers and customers
- Have a great telephone manner
- Be happy working in an office-based environment
- Be comfortable updating spreadsheets and processing orders
- Be organised, reliable, and a good team player
