Our client, a well-established production business near Spalding, is looking for a Quality Controller (QC) to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary or temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality assurance or control within a factory or production line environment, looking for stable, long-term work.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out quality checks on intake or production line

  • Monitoring product standards and ensuring compliance

  • Working closely with the production team to resolve any issues

  • Accurate record-keeping and reporting

?? Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 17:00

  • Some flexibility may be offered for the right candidate

  • Occasional overtime available

  • Previous experience as a QA or QC operative, ideally in food or FMCG

  • Good level of written and verbal English
