Industrial Sprayer

We are recruiting an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to carry out airless paint spraying using single-pack and two-pack acrylic paints. This role is based in an agricultural/industrial manufacturing environment and requires a high standard of finish, attention to detail, and safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Airless spraying of components using single-pack and two-pack acrylic paint systems
• Preparing surfaces prior to painting (cleaning, masking, priming as required)
• Ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes to specification
• Following health & safety procedures, including correct use of PPE
• Maintaining spray equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised
• Working to production targets and quality standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in airless paint spraying
• Experience with single-pack and two-pack acrylic paints
• Agricultural or industrial paint spraying experience preferred
• Automotive spray experience considered but not essential
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• Knowledge of industrial coatings and finishes
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
