Our client is looking for a Part Time Customer Services Executive to join their friendly and supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, delivering great customer service and working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to customers to confirm and update information (approximately 150 calls per day)
- Providing accurate updates and maintaining customer records
- Supporting the team by handling overflow inbound calls
- Assisting customers with booking amendments and cancellations
- Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times

- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working to call volumes and targets
