8 hours per day | Working hours between 10:00am – 6:00pm

Our client is looking for a Part Time Customer Services Executive to join their friendly and supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, delivering great customer service and working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers to confirm and update information (approximately 150 calls per day)
  • Providing accurate updates and maintaining customer records
  • Supporting the team by handling overflow inbound calls
  • Assisting customers with booking amendments and cancellations
  • Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times
