Part-Time Sales & Reception Administrator We’re looking for a friendly, organised Sales & Reception Administrator to join a busy team on a part-time basis until the end of December. This is a varied role, combining reception, customer service, sales administration and general office support, so no two days are necessarily the same. What you’ll be doing: * Meeting and greeting visitors and guests * Making drinks for visitors and accepting deliveries * Processing membership sales and updating the database * Adding searches and photographs to members’ brochure pages on the website * Providing holiday cover and general support to the team * Calling members to check they have their ID and password details * Franking and preparing outgoing post * Preparing badges for external events * Answering calls within the department * Making external calls to obtain receipts or carrying out pre-arrival calls when required to support the reservations team * Assisting with hotel invoice processing and credit control when required About you: We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and organised, with a good telephone manner and the ability to deal confidently with customers and visitors. You’ll need to be comfortable working as part of a team, but also happy to use your own initiative and get on with things independently. Good English, maths and ICT skills are important, along with a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Hours & Salary This is expected to be a part-time position, working approximately 10am–2pm, although the hours are negotiable for the right person. There may also be opportunities for additional hours when required, particularly to provide holiday or event cover.
