Job Overview: We are currently looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Site Maintenance Operative / Handyman to support general maintenance and upkeep across the site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, flexible, and confident turning their hand to a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General site maintenance and repairs
- Hanging and fitting doors
- Laying flooring
- Painting and decorating
- Laying gravel and basic groundworks
- Carrying out routine checks and minor repairs
- Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and well maintained
- Supporting other site teams as required
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in site maintenance, handyman, or similar role
- Good all-round practical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- A positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (useful)
- Counterbalance FLT licence (advantageous but not essential)
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
