Logistics Co-ordinator Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm + Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm (rota)
Salary: Dependent on experience

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can provide outstanding customer service while supporting smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, drivers, and depots in a professional and responsive manner
- Manage queries via telephone and email, resolving issues efficiently
- Accurately book jobs onto bespoke IT systems
- Coordinate deliveries and collections to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory legislation
- Support transport planning and overall team operations
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar logistics or administrative role is desirable
- Strong administrative experience (essential)
- Fully computer literate
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with a flexible, “can-do” attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
