New Opportunity – Internal Business Development Executive in Boston, Lincolnshire. £25,000 – £30,000 (Depending on Experience). Full-time | Permanent. Hours of work 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, target-driven, and enjoys building relationships with new and existing clients. Whether you have previous sales or telesales experience, or are looking to develop a career in business development, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams
