Due to continued growth, this highly successful communications company is seeking an RF Team Leader who will be responsible for the management of the RF Development team. You will also contribute as an RF Design Engineer designing baseband circuitry for a range of high performance wireless communications products.

Essential requirements for this RF Team Leader role are:

  • Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering/ Telecoms or similar.
  • Extensive experience of commercial RF design (preferably in telecommunications/mobile radios).
  • In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation and testing.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
