Mechanical Test Technician in Cambridge

Mechanical Test Technician:

• Proven electro-mechanical test experience
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electronic and Electrical drawings
• Use of measuring equipment / tools and pneumatics
• Basic PLC programming knowledge (for assembly of PLC controlled pneumatic test fixtures)
• Experience of design or specification of development test equipment advantageous (not considered an essential)
• Full drivers licence (for driving to test houses for external testing)

Role: Mechanical Test Technician
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £25-35K with attractive benefits package including company performance related bonus (typically 5-6%), private healthcare, pension, dental plan, life assurance, early closing on Fridays (Monday to Thursdays 8 hours, Friday 5 hours) and the opportunity to work for a highly respected Cambridge business.
