Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a UK wide SEN group seeking an experienced Art/Photography Teacher for one of their specialist provisions for children and young people with autism and associated learning differences based in North London from September 2026 or sooner if required on a permanent basis.
The role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge children and young people.
- Foster a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure student success.
- Participate in school activities, extracurricular programs, and professional development opportunities.
Key requirements:
- A teaching degree or equivalent and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
- Experience of working with children with SEND and ASC is ideal but applications from those working in mainstream settings are very welcome.
- Experience in teaching Art or Photography.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
Salary: £40,500 - £59,000 (Dependent on experience)
