They are seeking experienced school leaders and senior practitioners ready to extend their expertise beyond their own classroom or department.
Who we’re looking for:
- Professionals with recent school experience and a proven track record of improving outcomes at departmental, faculty, or whole-school level as:
- Middle Leaders / Heads of Department
- Lead Practitioners
- Senior Leaders of Education (SLEs)
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Working directly with schools to improve teaching quality and pupil outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring teachers and middle leaders to strengthen classroom practice
- Supporting departments and leadership teams to embed evidence-informed strategies
- Using examiner insight and assessment expertise to help schools refine curriculum, pedagogy, and exam readiness
- Delivering professional development, modelling best practice, and driving sustainable improvement
