They are seeking experienced school leaders and senior practitioners who are Science specialists, ready to extend their expertise beyond their own classroom or department.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Maths professionals with recent school experience and a proven track record of improving outcomes at departmental, faculty, or whole-school level as:
  • Middle Leaders / Heads of Department (Maths)
  • Lead Practitioners (Maths)
  • Senior Leaders of Education (SLEs)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Working directly with schools to improve teaching quality and pupil outcomes
  • Coaching and mentoring teachers and middle leaders to strengthen classroom practice
  • Supporting departments and leadership teams to embed evidence-informed strategies
  • Using examiner insight and assessment expertise to help schools refine curriculum, pedagogy, and exam readiness
  • Delivering professional development, modelling best practice, and driving sustainable improvement
