Who we’re looking for:

  • Professionals with recent school experience and a proven track record of improving outcomes at departmental, faculty, or whole-school level as:
  • Middle Leaders / Heads of Department
  • Lead Practitioners
  • Senior Leaders of Education (SLEs)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Working directly with schools to improve teaching quality and pupil outcomes
  • Coaching and mentoring teachers and middle leaders to strengthen classroom practice
  • Supporting departments and leadership teams to embed evidence-informed strategies
  • Using examiner insight and assessment expertise to help schools refine curriculum, pedagogy, and exam readiness
