Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a unique independent SEN provider, delivering therapeutic, trauma-informed education for children and young people with special educational needs (SEN), SEMH, and neurodiverse learning profiles. They are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Referrals Coordinator to join its dynamic Commercial and Business Development team on an interim basis initially, with the potential to go permanent for the right person as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong stakeholder management, customer service, and administrative skills to play a key role in managing and converting referrals across specialist education services.
The successful candidate will be based in the group's central services hub in SW London and act as a central point of contact for Local Authorities, parents/carers, commissioners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional referrals journey from initial enquiry through to pupil onboarding. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and confidence in managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will support occupancy growth across specialist schools and services by managing referral pipelines, coordinating assessments and meetings, maintaining CRM systems, and building strong partnerships with Local Authorities and funding bodies. The position is heavily stakeholder-facing and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where relationship management and customer care are central to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the full referrals process from enquiry to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, parents/carers, and external stakeholders
- Track and manage referrals using CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Salesforce
- Coordinate referrals meetings, assessments, onboarding activity, and site visits
- Produce weekly referrals reports, pipeline updates, and occupancy data
- Support referral generation and conversion activity across education services
- Provide advice and guidance regarding specialist education provision and admissions processes
- Liaise with funding bodies regarding fees and formal offers
- Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance throughout the referrals process
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders and wider commercial teams to achieve KPIs and occupancy targets
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Local Authority processes and/or public funding streams

- Experience within SEND, specialist education, children’s services, or disability services
- Understanding of EHCP processes and SEND Code of Practice
- Knowledge of education, health, or social care funding pathways
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (Dependent on experience)
