Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a UK wide SEN group seeking a dynamic Headteacher to lead its provision for children with social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH), including those with autism spectrum conditions based in East London. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, ensuring high-quality education and care that supports every pupil to reach their potential. You will cultivate a motivated, collaborative team, implement innovative teaching practices, and maintain strong partnerships with parents, carers, and local authorities.
As the Headteacher, you will oversee curriculum development, teaching standards, staff performance, and school management, while promoting a positive ethos and inclusive culture. You will ensure the school exceeds regulatory expectations and continues to build a reputation as a centre of excellence for specialist education.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status with Degree; NPQH desirable. SEND qualifications advantageous.
- Demonstrable leadership experience in a SEN school, supporting pupils with ASC and SEMH needs.
- Proven success in staff management, curriculum development, and school improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills to drive outcomes and school performance.
- Committed to safeguarding, equality, and creating a supportive, inclusive environment.

Salary: £96,000 - £108,000 (Dependent on experience)
