Integrity Education Solutions is supporting a unique independent Special Educational Needs (SEN) group based in London, which provides therapeutic education for children and young people with special educational and neurodiverse learning needs. The school is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join its specialist primary school service, offering a therapeutic learning environment for children aged 7–12 years from January 2026.
Pupils at the school often experience significant disruption to their education, with many having been out of school for extended periods due to multiple exclusions or ‘managed moves.’ This results in substantial gaps in learning. A large majority of pupils also receive early help support, child-in-need support, or child protection services through statutory plans. Pupils remain at the school until the end of Year 6 or Year 7, depending on their individual needs and readiness to transition to the next stage of education.
The Deputy Headteacher will develop a robust, engaging, and tailored curriculum designed to meet the unique needs of pupils. The role involves supporting teachers and practitioners in differentiating learning opportunities and adapting lessons for children whose challenges may be overlooked in traditional settings. Leadership in this position will foster an environment where vulnerable and complex pupils can thrive, achieve qualifications, and develop the skills to become successful, independent adults and leaders.

- Role Model Best Teaching Practice: Demonstrate excellence in teaching and model best practice to staff, ensuring high standards across the school.
