You will work closely alongside the Quality Director and other regional quality leads, supporting schools and school leaders to improve the quality of education across the group and leading on development work around the company. Previous experience as a senior leader (Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher level) within an independent special school or a mainstream school setting is required, as well as a clear passion about school improvement.
