Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a non-maintained specialist school in West Sussex. The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teacher to join its growing secondary provision from January 2026. The setting delivers highly specialist education within an exceptional learning environment, offering extensive outdoor learning spaces, specialist sensory facilities and therapeutic resources. The provision supports children and young people with a range of needs, including speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), autistic spectrum conditions (ASC), and complex physical or neurological needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding secondary provision, working predominantly with Year 8 and Year 10 pupils, and to play a key role in shaping its continued development.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, leading a class team, and supporting the pastoral, academic and social development of students. The role includes planning and implementing personalised education programmes, tracking progress, and leading annual reviews in collaboration with families and external professionals.
