About Integritis Foundation
The Integritis Foundation is a not‑for‑profit Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting ex‑forces professionals in their transition into purpose‑driven consultancy roles. Through the Integritis Academy, veterans receive tailored learning, and lifelong support is provided by the Integritis Consultant Guild, keeping them empowered and connected as they thrive in civilian life.
Role Purpose
The Volunteer Fundraiser plays a vital role in supporting the mission and sustainability of Integritis Foundation by helping to generate essential income through fundraising initiatives. This is an unpaid position, undertaken on a voluntary basis. The role involves developing creative fundraising strategies, building relationships with supporters, and representing the Foundation’s values in the community.
Responsibilities
- Plan and Organise Fundraising Activities – Work with the Foundation team to plan, promote and deliver a variety of fundraising events and campaigns (e.g., sponsored walks, online appeals, charity nights).
- Engage Supporters and Partners – Build relationships with local businesses, community groups and individuals to encourage sponsorships, donations and in‑kind support.
- Promote the Foundation – Act as an ambassador for Integritis Foundation, raising awareness of its work and impact via social media, local media and at events.
- Identify and research potential sources of funding – Explore grants, trusts and corporate social responsibility programmes.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing funding applications – Ensure accuracy and alignment with funder criteria.
- Maintain Records and Report Progress – Keep clear records of fundraising activities, income and supporter engagement, and provide regular updates to the Foundation team.

Commitment
The role is flexible, with a minimum suggested commitment of a few hours per week. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events or campaigns. This is an unpaid volunteer position.
Support and Training
Volunteers will be provided with an induction to Integritis Foundation, ongoing support, and access to relevant training opportunities to help them succeed in their role.
