We are supporting a global organisation in the mobility, relocation, logistics and storage sector with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to provide high-quality financial insight, robust P&L ownership and support informed decision-making across the UKI business. You will work closely with a central European finance team and be involved in a broad range of commercial and strategic initiatives, including pricing, investment appraisal, cost optimisation and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partner senior stakeholders across the UKI region
  • Own and manage the monthly P&L with clear, insightful commentary
  • Deliver commercial analysis, modelling and KPI reporting
  • Analyse profitability by service, division and customer
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning
  • Contribute to pricing, investment and performance improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • 5+ years PQE
  • Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel/modelling skills
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Experience using financial reporting systems
