Integreon is a trusted global provider of legal and business solutions to law firms, corporations and professional service firms. We are looking for a highly capable individual to support the team delivering consistently excellent information and research services.
Expectations of the role
- Procurement: acquisition, delivery, renewal and promotion of information resources. Liaising with vendors and curating the annual information budget, tracking and reporting on spending throughout the financial year.
- Research: answering a range of legal and business information requests, from quick requests for cases, legislation and company information to more in-depth legal research.
- Delivering training and inductions for lawyers, trainees and other new joiners.
- Supporting the end-to-end management of current awareness, including appropriate facilitation and usage of content aggregators.
- Information Management: maintain information on the client information systems and intranet.
- Lead on daily resource management activities, supervising tasks of the Information Officer.
Experience Required
- At least four years experience in Information Services, preferably in a legal or business commercial environment.
- Experience in undertaking research and/or answering enquiries.
- Knowledge of key research and/or legal databases.
- Experience in supporting procurement or renewal activities relating to information and database subscriptions.

Location: UK; Flexible with home working and traveling on an ad-hoc basis to the client’s offices.
