Role Profile
Integreon is currently working with a client and seeking PB (prime brokerage) experienced attorneys/Lawyers in UK and US to assist them processing prime brokerage, credit, distribution agreements, and related documentation.
Skills Required
- Ideal candidates should possess prime brokerage expertise, including securities lending, derivatives, and associated documentation, along with a strong regulatory understanding of rules governing securities lending, derivatives, issuers, and broker-dealers.
- Additional qualifications include extensive derivatives experience, particularly with equity derivatives and synthetic prime brokerage, as well as familiarity with Master Confirmation Agreements and similar documentation.
- Candidates should also have proven contract negotiation skills, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on trading-related agreements with prime brokers and derivatives counterparties.
