We are seeking a UK Qualified solicitor or CILEX professional with over 3 years of PQE, specializing in large loss and catastrophic injury claims stemming from motor, EL, and PL accidents to join one of our clients. The candidate should have extensive litigation experience in defending severe injury cases such as brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and psychiatric injuries, working with insurers, self-insured organizations, and third-party administrators.
The role involves handling high-profile, complex cases led by market-recognized partners, requiring client interaction, attendance at business development events, supervision, and negotiation skills.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3 years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
- Litigation experience of catastrophic injury defence work
- Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
- Supervision and deputy team management experience
- Experience of negotiation
