The Contract Specialist will be responsible for abstracting, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, software license agreements, end user license agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, order forms, and supporting documentation, in line with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
This role requires the ability to extract important information from contracts written in English and Mandarin.
A good understanding of contract language is crucial, as well as knowledge of English contract terms. You will work directly with the UK and offshore teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with client instructions.
Skills required:
- Experience in reviewing and abstracting key contract details.
- Experience with various contract types (Master, NDA, SOWs, etc.).
- Keen eye for details.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with IT, including contract reviewing tools and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Qualification: Preference for a Paralegal or relevant experience in the field.
