Integreon is seeking full-time Paralegals who are native or fluent in German to work as part of our fast-growing law enforcement request (LER) team for our premium e-commerce Client. As a member of the LER team, you will perform triage, review, process, and produce upon all levels of sensitive legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, as well as drive successful projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, organized, able to work on sensitive matters, develop other team members, and have a bias towards client service and process efficiency.

Specific Duties:

  • Review and process various types of domestic and international law enforcement requests
  • Understand and triage incoming requests
  • Attend to detail with ability to accurately analyze large legal documents
  • Flag process inconsistencies or deviations from guidance and recognize and escalate to appropriate leads/teams on urgent or problematic LERs
  • Prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal oversight
  • Collate pertinent matter information
  • Create data productions for law enforcement when appropriate
  • Update information in client’s systems
  • Monitor email and other specified queues for incoming law enforcement requests
  • Conduct LER follow-ups as required
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner with internal & external stakeholders including law enforcement officials
  • Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics and deliver at required

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Fluency in German is a must
  • Bachelor’s / Undergraduate law degree or legal conversion. We are also open to considering candidates with a non-legal background, with the right experience and skill set required for this position
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in the legal or law enforcement industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented while being able to multi-task, troubleshoot issues, and be comfortable with basic reporting
  • Exceptional organisation and administrative skills
  • Strong communications skills – written, verbal & listening
  • Motivation to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently
  • Capability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm United Kingdom Time and a holiday schedule
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver high quality results, improve processes and productivity while supporting rapid response and friendly service culture
  • Experience with Legal Operations and / or Legal Process an asset

Education and Experience:

  • Law Graduate or non-law graduate with GDL
