Role Summary
Location: Onsite, London (5 days a week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Project Duration: 1–2 Months
Integreon is partnering with a key client to build a team of 4–5 experienced Conflicts Analysts for a short-term, high-impact assignment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform conflicts checks for new clients, matters, and related parties
- Analyse results to identify and assess potential conflicts and risks
- Determine whether to clear, escalate, or hold matters based on findings
- Accurately document analysis and decisions within the conflicts system
- Manage high volumes of requests with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with legal and internal stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Required Skills/Abilities
- Mandatory: Prior experience in conflicts research and analysis within a law firm or similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of conflicts systems (preferably Intapp Open)
- Solid understanding of legal conflicts and risk assessment principles
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
