Since 2007 Integrella has been delivering integration projects with impressive results. Now it's all about APIs, DevOps and Microservices – and what we like to call Digital Integration. Our expert IT integration services include consulting, development, delivery, support and resourcing. Our consultants have experience of open-source and best-of-breed technologies.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Project Manager who is comfortable interfacing between technical, business, and client teams to join our growing delivery organization. The ideal candidate will have a diverse set of skills in project management, Agile development methodologies, business analysis, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).

The role requires someone who can work seamlessly with cross‐functional teams and manage end‐to‐end IT projects with confidence and precision. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client engagements. These typically involve end‐to‐end product engineering squads that either deliver client projects directly or augment internal client capabilities. Engagements often start small and expand into larger, multi‐team deliveries with effective leadership and successful outcomes.

This role also involves building best practices, mentoring teams, and contributing to the overall growth of our India Development Centre. The right candidate will act as a bridge between technical and business functions while maintaining a strong client‐facing presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross‐functional technical and business teams to identify requirements, allocate resources, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to provide project status updates to all stakeholders, including client leadership and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues and ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Elicit business and user requirements, write user stories, and support backlog development in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and expectations.
  • Lead, coach, and guide project team members to deliver high‐quality outcomes.
  • Conduct post‐project evaluations, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are documented and shared.
  • Actively contribute to the development of Integrella's project management best practices and delivery excellence frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 8 years of hands‐on experience in end‐to‐end IT project management, preferably in software services or consulting environments.
  • Strong background managing software development projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools.
  • Experience in writing user stories, backlog management, and collaborating closely with Product Owners.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA processes, and release management.
  • Proven success in managing cross‐functional, distributed teams across geographies.
  • Excellent client‐facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with UK and US clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – comfortable engaging with technical teams and executive leadership alike.
  • Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proactive, outcome‐focused, and passionate about delivering value for clients and driving Integrella's growth.
  • Certified in one or more: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications. (Good to Have)
