Sales Development Representative (Lead Generator / Teleappointer) 📍 Birmingham City Centre (Office-Based) 💰 £30,000 base + £20,000 commission (OTE £50,000) The Opportunity A fast-growing, high-performing consultancy in the energy sector is looking to hire a driven and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its expanding commercial team. This is a high-pressure, high-reward role focused on outbound prospecting, booking qualified meetings, and generating long-term pipeline. You’ll engage directly with senior decision-makers across mid-market and large corporate businesses. This is not a high-volume, entry-level call centre role — success requires a consultative, intelligent approach to outreach.
