Integrecty is partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing IT Services Provider based in Birmingham, looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate their growth. This is a high-impact role suited to a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in IT services, managed services, or solutions sales, who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships.
The Role
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, focusing on generating and closing new business opportunities across the SME and mid-market space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within IT services and managed solutions.
- Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level stakeholders).
- Present tailored IT solutions including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately manage pipeline and activity through CRM systems.

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT services / MSP / solutions sales.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets.
- Experience selling solutions such as cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
