Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team in Derbyshire. You will provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them with daily living activities

Requirements
- Valid UK driving license (REQUIRED)

- DBS check required
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential
