Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.Promote independence and respect clients' dignity and privacy.Must be a driver with a valid driver's license.
