Operating from seven offices across three continents, we specialize in delivering implementable solutions across six practice areas: Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Management, Implementation, Leadership & Organization, and Tech & Digital. Our mission is simple yet powerful: "To promote significant change, always leaving a positive legacy." From our two European offices, London and Munich, we serve clients throughout Europe, and beyond, with extensive experience delivering complex global transformation projects across diverse sectors including FMCG, retail, Health & Beauty, and others.
