About Integration

Integration Consulting is a global strategy and management consultancy recognized by Forbes as one of the World's Best Management Consulting Firms (2022-2024). We don’t just design solutions - we implement them, working side-by-side with clients to ensure lasting change. With over 860 clients across 75+ countries and an exceptional 87% client repurchase rate, our approach clearly works. Operating from seven offices across three continents, we specialize in delivering implementable solutions across six practice areas: Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Management, Implementation, Leadership & Organization, and Tech & Digital. Our mission is simple yet powerful: "To promote significant change, always leaving a positive legacy." From our two European offices, London and Munich, we serve clients throughout Europe, and beyond, with extensive experience delivering complex global transformation projects across diverse sectors including FMCG, retail, Health & Beauty, and others.

The Role

As a Consultant at Integration, you’ll take ownership of meaningful work. This isn’t about producing decks - it’s about driving change. You’ll work collaboratively with clients in multi-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that match their business reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of workstreams during Transformation projects with full exposure to the client, ensuring quality, deadlines, and measurable results
  • Deliver high-quality analyses and presentations that drive client decision-making
  • Develop and coach more junior team members, fostering their growth and Integration’s values
  • Contribute to business development through network building and proposal support

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Management & Strategy Consulting experience (at least 4 years work experience)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • Work authorization and based in United Kingdom or Germany
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Availability to travel across Europe and internationally as needed

What Sets Integration Apart

  • International Exposure: Work on global projects across Europe, Americas, and beyond. Fast career progression often includes international assignments.
  • Values-Driven Culture: Integration's culture is about individuality. From day one, your opinion matters, and you’re not just encouraged, but required to speak up, challenge the status quo, and make yourself heard. This is lived in our rituals, how we do client work and collaborate internally, creating an environment where you can grow and thrive in your own unique way.
  • Professional Development as Priority: Integration doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all training programs. Instead, professional development is deeply personal and individually tailored - because each person is unique, and each career path should be unique too.
