New Focus has a successful and expanding community based service in the Accrington area and we are looking to recruit a Part-Time Administrator to join our team to cover maternity leave.
Start date – May 2025 (Exact date TBC)
Based in Accrington
£12.21 per hour
This is a challenging part-time position, requiring strong administration skills and the ability to demonstrate both a flexible and enthusiastic approach to varying duties. Working within our operational office in Accrington, you will provide comprehensive admin support to our care services in East Lancashire.
Duties will include:
- Responding appropriately to telephone and email enquiries from staff, service users, and external agencies.
- Photocopying, data entry, and scanning.
You will possess good IT skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to plan and manage daily workloads. Experience of working in a Social Care setting would be an advantage.
The post holder will need to work closely with staff, team leaders, and management to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to work demands, with a focus on business efficiency.
