About the role: We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager - Hydraulics to support our dynamic and fast-growing engineering team with several fast-track projects underway.
General Duties:
- Manage project delivery and technical delivery to meet client and contractual requirements, including managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain sound client relationships.
- Manage overall project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, Pressure Dynamics, and contractual requirements.
- Manage the timeliness and accuracy of the project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders including clients and sites on matters that affect the project deliverables and goals.
- Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.
- Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.

Ideal candidate qualifications:
- Bachelor, Diploma, or Post-graduate degree in Project Management or Engineering
- PMP certification (well-regarded)
- At least 4-5 years of experience in various aspects of project management
- Must have experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Demonstrable ability to achieve high standards with budget and timeline constraints.
- Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to change.
- Strong attention to detail
- Practice active listening
- Hydraulics experience is preferable.
- Collaborative and engaging
- Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
