A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within Integrated Utility Services and we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to be part of the High Voltage Customer Services (HVCS) Team. We’re growing! We’re continuing to expand our teams as we take on new large-scale projects and framework awards. As a Project Coordinator within the HVCS Team, you would be primarily responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of a variety of activities on site for our Private High Voltage Network Customers on sites across the UK, including substation inspections, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Fault Response and more.

You will provide commercial and operational support to the HVCS Operations Manager and wider HVCS Team ensuring successful financial performance and safe delivery of a portfolio of work whilst building and maintaining effective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and high service standards
  • Plan and coordinate onsite activities including inspections, maintenance and fault response.
  • Carry out regular site safety audits and support SHEQ compliance.
  • Support the Senior Authorised Person and provide technical and logistical assistance as required.
  • Act as liaison between HV operational staff and resource planning staff
  • Coordinate RAMS production, supply chain engagement and onsite resources.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Effective planning, organisation and decision‑making abilities.
  • Clear communicator with ability to interpret information and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Office and Excel.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a similar coordination role within utilities or electrical infrastructure.
  • Relevant technical qualification and strong commercial awareness.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience in maintenance planning and delivery and supporting varied aptitude levels.
  • Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience on private or public electricity networks and multi‑site customers.
  • Experience working around HV power systems.
