We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Change team, where you’ll be at the heart of delivering high‑quality, end‑to‑end HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, helping them deliver great people outcomes while ensuring our policies, processes and culture support our long‑term organisational goals. Your expertise will be vital in guiding managers, supporting change, improving employee experience, and enabling a positive, inclusive workplace for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, provide guidance on employee relations cases, ensuring adherence to employment law, company policies, and risk management practices.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support hiring managers with job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing appraisal processes, coaching managers, and supporting employee development plans.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR metrics and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting trends in turnover, absence, and workforce demographics.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, mergers, and policy rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Governance & Risk: Ensure HR practices meet audit requirements and contribute to corporate governance standards.
- HR Administration: Administer the full employee lifecycle, maintain accurate employee records, manage HR systems, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Culture & Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organisational and problem solving skills
- Confidentiality, empathy, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- HR or Business Degree
- Experience working in a sub-contract / supply chain environment
- Experience using Oracle Fusion Programmes
