Pay: Competitive hourly rate + bi-weekly pay
Senior HCA Role:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior HCAs to support a care service in the RG21 area. The service is looking for reliable, consistent workers who can commit to regular shifts and provide high-quality care to residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents/ Seniors
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Promoting residents dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Working effectively as part of the care team
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months medication administration experience (essential)
- Previous experience in elderly care preferred
- Reliable and able to work regular shifts
- Mandatory training completed
- Face-to-face medication administration training and Moving and Handling and medication competency assessment required
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS registered on the Update Service preferred
