Integrated Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team and work across care homes and healthcare settings.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring the safety, dignity and wellbeing of residents and service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing professional nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Completing accurate care and nursing documentation
- Working closely with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing
- Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with relevant policies and professional standards
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration and PIN
- Previous nursing experience, ideally within a care home or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring, professional and reliable approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant training and compliance documentation
