Currently, we are seeking a National Field Operations Manager to liaison with our strong team of Field Operations Managers. We are expanding our team because of the strong demand for rural internet and television. Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in related industries ( Cable, security, wireless and satellite installations).
- 2 Years of Supervisor or Management level experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook is required.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee Field Managers.
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
- Look through daily reports to ensure that installation standards are being maintained.
- Preform onsite job audits as required.
- Answer questions that field technicians have and action with the correct departments.
- Develop Training systems and standards.
- Estimate costs and materials for commercial jobs.
- Write Technical documents.

- Excellent technical knowledge and ability, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- You have a desire to constantly learn new technologies.
- You must be physically capable and be able to lift 45lbs.
